We text only business owners who request a funding review with the form on this page and tick the consent box. We do not buy, rent, sell or share numbers, and we do not text numbers from purchased lists.
Mobile numbers and text consent are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. Consent to receive text messages is not shared, sold or transferred to anyone, for any purpose.
- What we send: client follow-up only: the confirmation for a scheduled call, reminders before it, follow-ups about the review you requested, and replies to your messages. Nothing promotional.
- How often: message frequency varies. Messages relate only to the review you requested, typically two to four per request.
- Stop: reply STOP to any message and the number is removed immediately and permanently.

How consent is collected
One way only: the digital opt-in form in "Request a funding review" at the top of this page (https://apply.eliteminds.cloud). There is no verbal opt-in, no opt-in by phone call and no other method. The owner enters their business name, their name and their mobile number and can tick an optional checkbox that is never pre-checked, next to this exact wording:

The box is optional: the form can be sent without it, and a number whose box was not ticked is never texted. With every submission we store the mobile number, the timestamp, the IP address and the exact wording shown. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Consent is never bought, rented, shared or transferred.
Privacy
We collect the business name, the owner's name, the business phone number, a mobile number when the owner provides one, and the details the owner shares about the business (monthly revenue, time in business, what the funding is for).
- It is used to contact the owner about business funding and to arrange the review call. Nothing else.
- It is shared only with the funding partner reviewing that file, and only when the owner asks us to proceed.
- Mobile numbers and text-message consent are never sold, rented or shared with anyone for their own marketing.
